2010
It was really great. I think it’s been one of the best yet actually, and it was fun to see everyone again from the year before, I can’t wait for camp Reunion, (when is it anyway?) Jamie our speaker at inter was amazing!! He really made us think about things deeply and also the outgoings was good and so was the onsite activities. Can’t wait for my first year at senior next year though it shall be fun.

It was amazing as it was really fun and Jaime the speaker was really admirable and was really enjoyable to listen to. I’d recommend this camp to others as I think it is such a good experience.

Camp was amazing for me. I learnt a lot there more about God and Jesus. The songs are great to sing and have great and fun actions there is lots of activities to do like table tennis competitions and loads more you also get a trip to Paulton’s park and you can also go swimming or shopping.

Gina enjoyed camp so much the first thing she wanted to know when she returned was could she go next year!!

Growing up through camp has taught me so many life lessons, allowed me to get to know some amazing people, but most importantly led me to a Father whose love knows no bounds and who will stop at nothing for his children.

My first year of senior was one of the best years I’ve ever been to. I experienced God in new and exciting ways that I hadn’t before. I learnt loads about myself and even more so about God. My personal relationship with God has never been better!

Senior camp this year was amazing. We saw God’s love, protection and provision in such a powerful way. The campers were all lovely and we really had a great time together. Managing camp for the first time was hard but so worth it!

2009
Camp is a fantastic experience every single year, it never gets old. It’s always lovely to meet new people and see friends from previous years! The new modern worship is a lot of fun to connect and engage with, and getting involved with the worship workshops was brilliant! Our tent leaders were so lovely as well, they loved to be questioned and they would do all they could to answer questions and help us with anything we wanted to talk about. It’s almost disappointing to go home! This is my 5th or 6th year and I never intend to stop attending each year, even as a leader. (Camper at Inter Camp)

The best thing was the family atmosphere and I know that all the workers and tent-leaders put loads of effort in and really worked together as a team and I think God blessed us in our efforts. (Tent-leader at Junior Camp)

Camp this year was amazing and so was everyone there. I met so many new friends this year and they’re all great although I miss them all so much already. This year I felt like I definitely got closer with God than any other year! He’s awesome . I’m definitely going next year – I can’t wait, it will be great! All the leaders were great and so so funny. Camp was brilliant this year, absolutely. I played in the worship team as this year and it was brilliant. The activities on and off site were spot on, with the exception of apple bobbing in cold porridge… I really connected with God on a whole new level & of course met new and old wonderful people!! I loved camp this year, meeting up with old friends and making a load more new friends and I got a load closer with GOD. The talks were brill and so relevant in my life, I don’t know about others but it was a good year and I had so much fun. (Camper at Inter Camp)

Highlights of camp for me were seeing the kids faith grow stronger and making and building on friendships within the leadership team. I would come again, just because it was one of the most amazing weeks ever and it really got me thinking more about my faith. ”I think camp is amazing! Having grown up through camp I have experienced both the camper and senior worker elements. “Camp was really fun. I really enjoyed going to Paulton’s Park and my favourite meal was camp porridge (yum!). It’s a bit better than New Wine becasue you have more time to talk with other kids and your tent leaders about stuff. “We’d heard lots of people at church raving about camp but were still absolutely blown away by just how fantastic a time our kids had at camp. The first thing our daughter said to us when we collected her wasn’t ‘hi’ but ‘I don’t want to go home, please book me into next year’s camp NOW!’ We could see that they had had a chance to grow deeper in their faith through talking stuff through and praying with their groups and leaders, and it’s really made them think about things since they got home.” (Parent of campers at Junior Camp).
